TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Online orders are to be placed before 10:30 AM for Lunch and before 5:00 PM for dinner.
• Please be aware that the order confirmation email and confirmation page you may see on the website or app only serve to show that your order has been received and is being processed.
• The duration of 30 minutes can be cut down to just 15 or 10. Because, if the order is cancelled at the 29th minute, the prepared food might go to waste.
• Order options: a) Order for Takeaway b) Food at Canteen/Food Court
• Lunch orders will be delivered after noon.
• Dinner orders will be delivered after 9:00 PM
• The Canteen provides estimated times for deliveries and pick-ups, but please note that these are just estimates. Order delivery or availability for pick-up within the estimated times is not guaranteed by Canteen.
• The canteen reserves the right to refuse orders at any time if they are overbooked, the weather is bad, or for any other reason.
