Food Order Errors
If you receive food that is different from your receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please call us as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order in order to make your meal the way it was intended to be. You may come to pick up the correct food item at the earliest. If you decide to return the item, please keep in mind:
Your order will be a priority if you come to pick it up. In all cases, please see our cashier or host at the entrance of the canteen or food court. Please have your order number and name ready so we can take care of you as soon as possible.
Food Order Incomplete
On the rare occasion that you do not receive food that is on your receipt, we will make it up to you. Please call us as soon as you notice that any food items were not received in your order. You may cancel the missed food before we prepare it without any question, and we will refund the amount to the point balance. No cash refunds.
Food Dissatisfaction
We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we make. We love to hear your feedback in order to improve our meals, service, and experience. However, keep in mind that we will not refund any items in the event of dissatisfaction. We might be able to change your item if it has the same or less value; this will be done at the discretion of the staff manager.
Order Cancellation
Upon order cancellation, no money will be refunded; the amount will be deposited into the point balance, which can only be used for subsequent orders. A point balance cannot be redeemed for a refund. The duration of 30 minutes can be cut down to just 15 or 10. Because, if the order is cancelled at the 29th minute, the prepared food might go to waste.
